Issuance of emergency care: preliminary medical examination is performed by emergency medical doctor, nurse, or emergency medical technician staff
Registration: Register at reception desk in the emergency room with an ID card.
Emergency treatment/emergency checkup is performed by emergency doctors.
Decision of hospitalization/referrals/returning home: final decision is made by consultation from the corresponding department after medical examination.

Only one guardian can stay in a patient’s room . Visiting is only permitted n the waiting room
Payment of an examination and a treatment expense is deferred
Patient queries are available at the nurse` office

An ambulance can be used when referring to another hospital or leaving the

Charges: basic ambulance rate is 20,000 won per 10 km. There is an additional charge of 800 won per every kilometer over 10 kilometers.
